Here at Reece's Handmade Leather Goods I only use the finest materials. Each piece from my leather goods range is crafted by hand with the attention to detail to create leather goods of exceptional quality that only a true artisan can provide.
I believe in my products and therefore offer a lifetime repairs guarantee with all my leather goods.
Any aesthetic defect such as discolouration, scratches etc., shrinkage/ stretching and the normal wear and tear are not covered.
I will cover the cost to return the item to you, but don't forget to send it to me via registered post as I am only responsible for the item once it is in my possession.
Because of the time frame of this guarantee I cannot promise that I will have the original hardware or any other materials needed to repair your item and will therefore choose an alterative at my own discretion.
